Acro vs. Cirque

One of our most common questions is:
What is the difference between acro and cirque?
They definitely share a few characteristics! They both have strength, conditioning, body-safe flexibility, functional mobility, and hand balancing. The main difference, however is floor tricks versus aerial tricks.
Acro has limbering (think back walkovers, etc.) and tumbling (think back handsprings, etc.) all on the floor, whereas cirque brings you up in the air onto trapeze, lyra, and aerial silks. And of course, sincr cirque is CIRCUS, it also has juggling, poi, and hoola hoops!

Pre-Competitive Classes Start at Age 4!

Little ones LOVE performing on stage, so we have Pre-Competitive classes to allow our dancers as young as 4 to participate in festival performances. They get the chance to see the big kids on stage, participate in super fun adjudications, and get their own medals/ribbons.
These opportunities let our littles shine, boost their self-confidence, and give them life-long skills. Register today! Classes begin September 2.

Classes Begin Sept 2nd!

It's time to THRIVE!
We are beyond excited to have our very first PARENTED baby/toddler class to start off our season with the owner Miss Arielle, tomorrow afternoon, followed by tap with our incredible Miss Connie , PBT ballet with our innovative Miss Andrea, jazz and acro with our phenomenal Miss Liz, and then we end our evening with a couple lyrical/contemporary classes!
But don't worry; it's not too late to register! Our recreational and sessional class registration is ongoing throughout the season, and there is some wiggle room in our competitive classes for the first couple weeks while we get to know the dancers before setting choreography.
Keep an eye on your emails to make sure you have seen any class adjustments and emails about uniform and the yearly calendar.
